Medical Case Management

The Medical Case Management department oversees the Utilization Review department and assists the injured worker in directing his/her medical care to the ultimate goal of returning to their optimal work capacity. The medical case manager facilitates a prompt and healthy return to the work environment by acting as the liaison between the injured worker, health care providers, employer, claims adjuster, and Utilization Review team.
